The item must be shipped back to us within seven days of delivery. Once we receive the merchandise, depending on your request you will either receive new piece for same item OR refund. Kindly return the item to us, as we do not have a reverse pickup facility. We will reimburse your courier charges. Exchange Only one exchange per order is permitted. Exchanges are accepted if the customer wishes to exchange their dress for a different one of similar or higher value. Please note that free shipping is not provided for exchanged items. The original product must be returned at the customer's expense. Our “Exchange & Return” policy is valid for seven days from the date you receive the item.
