Returns are accepted ONLY in cases of manufacturing defects. If you encounter such an issue, please email us a photo of the damaged product within two days of delivery. The item must be shipped back to us within seven days of delivery. Once we receive the merchandise, depending on your request you will either receive new piece for same item OR refund. Kindly return the item to us, as we do not have a reverse pickup facility. We will reimburse your courier charges. Exchange Only one exchange per order is permitted. Exchanges are accepted if the customer wishes to exchange their dress for a different one of similar or higher value. Please note that free shipping is not provided for exchanged items. The original product must be returned at the customer's expense. Our “Exchange & Return” policy is valid for seven days from the date you receive the item. If this period has passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition as received, including its original packaging.
